Vinicius Jr in 22/23 was carrying Real Madrid at even more insane level, he even turned up in CL knockouts that season but was let down by his team in 2nd leg vs City. Salah's current season is just a inferior version of Vini 22/23 with more statpadding & less turning up in big games. No one cared or mentioned Vinicius Jr for Ballon D'or after RM got knocked out, funny world.

Salah should probably lose his top 3 spot because there are players in many competitions still & they still turn up for their club. Even Dembele should be ahead of Salah in Ballon D'or ranking.
