Actually, Lucifer and Satan are two entirely different beings. Nowhere does the Bible state that they are the same being.

So, if God is all loving and all forgiving, if the angels were to ask for forgiveness, then he would give it to them. But why did he even allow them to get this far? He knows everything, so he knows when he created them what they were going to do but he still allowed it. The Bible is so confusing.
