Median Nerve Palpation

Palpating the median nerve along the arm.

Hi I am kidney transplanted patient and was on dialysis before. So for dialysis doctors made a fistula on my left wrist. After transplant, fistula got closed but my full left side feels a lot of palpitations and sometimes increased high pulse rate. (Though pulse rate are always under 90 whenever I measure in this condition but it feels like above 100).

Areas are I feel palpitations are (whole left side)- underarm, wrist, palm, forearm, inner thigh, underknee, and sole.

If possible pls recommend something as I can't press these areas with a lot of pressure.
