Thanks Sadhguru, thanks everyone, thanks the universe 🙏🏽I ve been doing meditation practice for six months. Studying Buddhism, although, I could sit still and meditate for one hour, chant for Buddha’s name. But nothing was as intensive as this chanting sound track . I did one hour with this, concentrate on the chant, I chanted with my mind, about 50 mins later, the energy enhanced a lot in a sudden almost like a bright light from the top to the bottom went through my body, and I was gone for few seconds, then it was so beautiful, the most touching moment … You might not believe me… I was crying at the moment . Thanks the universe brings me here 🙏🏽
