2002 W220 S430 Mercedes-Benz, Bypass your A/C compressor completely with a shorter serpentine belt.

Here's another way to completly bypass your ac compressor, if it's noisey with a bad clutch or simply just not working. You don't have to shave your Tensioner nut in any way with this size serpentine belt. You're welcome.

That stupid pulley is impossible to remove, I have built a special tool at CNC but still I cannot turn that shapeless screw like yellow... after 1 month of research and unsuccessful tries, now I had it bypass, on my way to find someone to take that pulley off...

Last year changed the compressor ( bad pulley ) cost arm and a leg , ac never worked this time again , ordered a ac unit ... wrong pulley 😡 now what ? Thats really some fantastic information. I've noticed a lot of people, including myself, who have had issues with the pully on the AC compressor failing and thought you had to replace the AC compressor with a new unit to get back up running again. Bro u are a fucking legend what a knowledgabke guy I work in a shop I can definitely do this job and the part is literally avaliable at a advanced auto parts that's attached to my shops building I just bought this 240 benz and it's the same engine diagram I was driving late last night and the noise grew to a point I had to face my demons and look under the hood and bruhhh my pulley for the ac compressor is litterally blue tooth from the compressor itself and it's making the scariest of noises bruhhh when trying to research how to drop 300 to 500 on a compressor and do it urself videos I then stumbled upon a literal glitch in the matrix by watching you by pass this somebody get this man the Nobel peace prize cause this man's going somewhere out here with that bypass
