Just want to say thank you, Sarah. Gave birth to my son today and all I could think about was flex and flow. I was upright and focusing on my breathing/releasing any tension. It honestly helped so much and created such a calm space for me before I went into transition.
I was also lucky enough to have a midwife trust me and body's instinct to keep moving. In the end, I had such a calm early labour and active labour was for less than one hour.

Thank you so much Sarah!

Woo been looking forward to a new video! I shared your channel with the 50 people in my online childbirth class last night, because you've helped me so much and I am a 4th time mom! As full term approaches I'm rewatching your old videos and making sure to watch every single new one!!!

Stumbled on your page 3 nights ago and have been binging ever since. 90 days out from my due date. 1st timer and I have to say I am feeling light years better about delivery. I have shared your page with all my mommas to be!

With my first, I instinctively wanted to get on hands and knees, but my nurses did not want to let me. I was like I don’t care I’m getting on my hands and knees, and I felt soooo much better!

I'm pregnant again, and back in 2020 I was OBSESSED with your channel to help me have an amazing birth. One line that stuck out with me deciding on pain management was "am I coping or suffering?" And it helped me decide to get pain management. Granted baby came out before the epidural was administered but still! I felt in control because of that question. I'm so excited to watch your channel again for this pregnancy!! Thank you!

Excellent video 👏🏿! That’s one of my biggest advice to my clients also, to move and change positions every 30 minutes or so! It’s also personally helped me have my births without an epidural also because it really helps with the pain 🙏🏿! Super excited for my 4th birth 🤗! Thanks for sharing Sarah ❤️!
