This isn’t misinformation—that’s why the statements were clearly prefaced with phrases like “I think” or “based on prior administration policies.” It’s important to not just hear, but truly listen. When we take the time to critically think and process information, it helps us prepare and proactively plan for future outcomes.

Thanks, Darian, for sharing your legal insights on this topic! While I’m not an attorney, I do own and run a legal services business, and these are the kinds of concerns I hear from clients often. I actually referred someone to you a few days ago. Keep up the great work!

I'm favoured, $22K every week! I can now give back to the locals in my community and also support God's work and the church. God bless America.

I wish these people had filed papers before they entered this country! Married to an American born citizen my husband wanted to do it right so I stayed in my country until I got the green card. I had to wait months before I was allowed to come to the US, but it was worth the waiting! I never had problem with immigration because I entered this country legally and I was legally a resident of the US! There are consequences to enter the country illegally and President Trump is not the problem the problems are the people that break the law!

My grandmother always said “who in the kitchen feels the heat” In other words do not judge a person until you have walked in their shoes.

I got married and gone through the immigration process during Trump's first term. It was smooth. Just come here the right way. Period.

The thing I don't like about the K1 fiance visa is once your fiance comes to the US and marries they have no legal status 90 days after entering the states while awaiting the Status of Adjustment.

I truly appreciate your time to educate the public on this particular subject. I live in Cameroon Africa and really face alot of Customers who have some pertinent worries like those you just addressed in this your video. I find the video quite educative and helpful to enable me sensitized my clients wishing to emback on a journey to live and stay in the United States. I will greatly appreciate if you will make one of such videos to cover the expected changes in the case of Assylum Seekers in the USA during this era of President Trump.

The point that everyone here is missing is that he’s talking about green card status, not citizenship status. There are different things required of both.

Forget all that. Tell me about shutting down the IRS and ending property tax too.

I wish you had addressed the problem of needing a joint sponsor. Despite working with an immigration attorney and meeting all the income requirements to sponsor my K1 spouse, we were still told that my spouse needs a secondary sponsor.
