Donna, this is a great rose pattern! I chained 36 and only went two rounds and rolled. Perfect little lacy rose for child's hat or a cluster of them on a bag. Very versatile pattern! Thanks very much👍👍 🌹🌹😀😀

You make the best tutorial videos on all of the internet.!! I'm not exaggerating...I've searched and watched so many tutorials for years. They either had bad music playing with captions and hands crocheting that usually didn't even match what the captions were doing, or they were extremely hard to follow and not at all beginner friendly. I've never had to pause or adjust the speed of your video's and that in itself is amazing to me. Please keep making great videos. I've shared your channel with so many people and they all thank me and tell me how you have been the only one that they could actually follow, understand and learn from too. 👏😍

Thank you for your video. In the last week, I've learned a lifelong ambition to learn to crochet. Something clicked in my brain and today, I followed this tutorial and produced my very first yellow rose. I'm delighted, and gave it as a gift, which bought a tear to his eye. Thank you. Xx

Really easy to follow. I’m making a bouquet for daughter’s teacher who is leaving the nursery tomorrow and I’m pretty sure it will turn out perfect. Thank you for your time to share your knowledge with us 💕

Thank you, I dreaded reading the instructions. This makes it easier for an on again-off again crocheter... And it was easy to follow.

I was looking for something special to give to my two young grandchildren for both their graduation. One is 5 years old and the other is 11 years old. So instead of giving them flowers I am going to make them so they can keep them always. Thank you for your great ideas. :0)

Omg you explaining the magic ring as just a very loose slip not just changed my crochet life. I literally couldn't figure out a magic ring no matter how many tutorials but the way you just explained that made it all make sense 😅

This is such a wonderful tutorial Donna. I made two roses for my mom on mother's day❤. She loved it so much. Since then who ever came to our house they have asked about it and admited it so much. Now my nieces and nephews want one rose for themselves too. I am currently making four roses following your video. Thanks a lot for sharing this beautiful pattern

Mother's day in COVID-19 quarantine so I picked up a new hobby and made a gift since I can't exactly go out and buy my mom a gift anymore

I’ve made some similar ones and put wrapping Velcro on the backs of them to put on my Chihuahua girl’s collars as a decoration. They look very pretty! 😊

wow! this is the easiest rose/carnation flower tutorial I have seen. so many involve the arduous process of making separate petals, then attaching them later. thank you for the easier way!
