I just got my first grinder/espresso machine. And I’ve been exploring YouTube to learn the ways…and your lever machine looks amazing..I don’t even have the wdt tool yet but I’d like to try this…

To be honest, working with Flair is not much more difficult or time-consuming than working with conventional machine. Most of the time is spent on puck prepping, cleaning etc, which is required with any machine. I took a Flair 58+ for my first espresso maker and I was able to produce satisfying coffee in about couple of weeks, learning everything from scratch. So this machine is super beginners-friendly.

Hi!, I have a Flair Classic, the instructions tell me to fill the cylinder to the line, with this I have been able to get a maximum of 30-35 grams of espresso, but filling it “fully” lets me getting a 45 grams. Is there something wrong with filling it fully? How do I know if I there is still air in the system?
