Myself, a framer for many years, ,you learn tricks to make the job look better...Like putting the saw blade on backwards when cutting plexiglass and vinyl siding, for clean looking cuts...Also wear safety glasses !!!

Love the dog house. You can avoid the plexiglass cracking by having the store cut it on a glass/plastic cutter. Most hardware stores will do it for free. Alternatively, if you are not sure of the measurements before purchasing. You cut it will a hand cutter specifically for plexiglass or purchase a circular saw blade for plastic (I still recommend scoring it first several times depending on the thickness for the saw blade method). 🐶🐶.

Nice but it must weigh a ton. Shoulda made the roof removable or easy sweep out etc.

Just a couple of tips for you when it comes to cutting acrylic sheet on a tablesaw. Use a sharp, fine toothed blade. I use a 60 or 80 tooth blade on acrylic, and it leaves a very nice edge. Second - slow down. A sharp blade can cut through the plastic quickly, but that can cause chipping and cracking like you got. Push the material through the blade in a slow, smooth fashion and it'll come out looking good. How slow? That's kind of hard to describe. Experiment on some scrap until you find the speed that works for you and your saw.

Really like the design and the vid was highly informative. Liked. If you ever consider doing another, a 2.0 if you will, I'd be very interested. I'm on the hunt for that size of a house for multiple dogs, with a hinged wall or roof for easier cleaning, drainage, ventilation and/or A/C, and covered 'porch'. A rooftop patio with sun/rain cover they can climb a ramp up to is an idea I've seen at other channels but I can't find any demo of the build. Anyway, again, great design and video.
