Thanks Dr lucia, is this was an excellent and needed discussion! I’ve seen Dr Matt on some other interviews and I enjoy his point of view and have been curious about his Rapamycin project with the dogs. Thanks for always bringing these great topics! I really miss your classes!!

Thank you Dr. Aronica! Very informative. Believer in exercise and diet as mainstays but at 68 don't have the time for research to run it's full course. Have been following Matt & the rapa research for years and have decided to take low dose rapamycin for 3 or 4 months as soon as I can define a set of blood markers and functional measures to check before and after, and find a reputable physician/source. Also want to try with my middle aged dog.

Great episode, curious question, are you taking rapamycin? If yes, what dose regime are you on currently? If no, why not?

Ciao Lucia. Happy New Year! Thank you very much for this . I think you meant Snake oil, in the title?

no love for Professor Horvath and his clock? Or discussion of Metformin or Glutathione?

Matt Kaeberlein is spot on about the human evidence for supplements to slow down or reverse aging. The evidence is poor at this moment in time and more research needed before conclusions can be made.

forse il dr, Matt si riferiva al dr.Sincler ?

Meh…. If we’re talking health span we already have the answers. Good diet, exercise, sleep, low stress, good relationships.

Don’t believe me? Go research Jack LaLanne.
