As a hardcore salmon run enthusiast, Eggstra Work is still really really boring. I feel like it needs something more like one wave only spawns 2 of the bosses so you end up in steelhead hell, so something different happens. Then it can also have extra utilty for boss badge farming or something. Atleast now you can finally earn some scale from it though, took long enough for that to be added!

I also don’t like Fresh Season 2023, but another thing worth noting with it is the addition of pools. That’s a game changer for a lot of people so I think it’s credit where credit is due

drizzle season 2023 was my favorite season for so many reasons, mainly now bc of nostalgia, but just the fact that we got 2 great fun maps (crablegs my fav map in the game), some amazing music with good vibes, 2 special splatfests, an AMAZING mahi rework (2nd fav map in game), and just... during the holiday season, i absolutely ADORED drizzle season 2023

I know ppl don’t really like marlin airport, but I’m such a sucker for airport themed aesthetics that I always try to play when marlin airport is available

I haven't even watched the video, but I have a weird feeling that drizzle season 2022 is going to be one of the worst, but that's just my opinion, I guess.

For me, the top 3 worst goes:
Chill Season 22
Sizzle Season 23 because for me, it was so dull that I randomly took a long break for the season. Splatoon 3 just had this dead the water feeling for a bit during then.
Fresh Season 23 mainly because Shooters are missing out on 3 specials in Splatoon 3, and by this season, Shooters were already half done with their second kits. I think Shooters being the largest class as well as the base class everyone learns from, that they should have no excuse for not getting access to every special. Imagine how many more people would play Zipcaster if we got Splashcaster.

Chill season 23 was my favorite tbh, I just really like the specials, maps and kits. They all felt really fun to play.

Personally chill 2023 is a favorite of mine. Part of that is finally getting a second blaster kit, which I do actually like it despite the point sensor, but also the stages as you said, adding Joe, I do like the new specials (although I won't argue that screen's release was horrendous and I really wish the idea was done better), and No Quarters has become my favorite battle song, so there's that. I don't know if it would be my favorite, but I can't imagine ranking it that low personally

Screen is such a bummer. Imagine waiting years for a second kit but it gets a special that literally hurts other players.
And while I hated it at first, the double season catalogs make sense for repeating seasons.

08:06 my favorite season. Robo romen is such an amazing map and the trailer was great. The kits were good (foil squeezer) and i loved the vibe of the season

2024 chill season is possibly my favorite season.
Harmony is my favorite character so i loved the chirpy chips theme, robo rom-en is an amazing map, a lot of the kits were just alright but i was personally happy about the new pain brush kit, and i even like splashdown. The issues that splatter color screen caused was a huge misfire on nintendos part though.

I played the first big run for like 20 minutes and then I was like… wait this is just salmon run on a different map? And instantly went back to playing turf war lol

i may be biased but my favorite season so far is sizzle season 2024 one bc it came out shortly after i finally started playing and two seasource was added which has become my number one favorite splatoon song
