Appreciate the homework. Although this video briefs the basics of insurance, my additional feedback is Viewers may be further benefitted had Claims Settlement Ratio and Grace Period too were briefed. Above all, meaning & necessity of insurance could have mentioned.

My kind suggestion to all on my experience in my own case as well as couple of friends' case:
1. It is always (or at least in most cases) not to treat insurance as an investment choice.
2. Better to consider Insurance as an Indemnity only (make good of loss as much possible via monetary means).
3. Everyone (irrespective of age) should consider having a Health Insurance policy.
4. Every earning person should consider having a (plain) Term Insurance policy.
5. Inflation matters even in insurance (value of 1 lakh rupees was different 5 years before, different now and will be different after 5 years).

I bought home loan from LICHFL.now they are asking to pay Rs 10000 and 18 percent get to reduce rate of interest from 9.5 percent to 8.5 percent.please guide me through a video please tell the merits and demerits of rewriting the interest.
