I'm a heavy user on PS, and I just started using an SSD, so I really want to minimize too much writing on the disk as possible especially that PS uses the Scratch Disk a lot. Well done. After this video I installed this. So helped to start. Maybe could also explain the second part : how to link the image file to Ram disk. I figured it out mostly. What I did was that I put my sandboxie totally inside a 4 gig Ramdisk and browse totally from there. It is faster, becouse I did the same thing long time on SSD... its a bit faster on RAM plus I like that it does not write to SSD.
I use sandboxie to secure the browsing. But it slows down a bit, not much though. But I dont know if installing a browser on Ramdisk would be totally safe? I guess even then malware could go to another drive? am not sure about that though... or is there a way to limit all write actions to one drive so that the browser/malware/virus could not touch other drives?
