The aura is Nightsoul Burst. Any teammate dealing Elemental Damage while a Natlan character is in the team will activate kit specific buffs for the Natlan character.

That glow you saw was an effect of the nightsoul burst. From what I understand, after the first instance of elemental dmg there is a small window of time in which your characters is buffed. (idk what the cooldown is for it though) And the more natlan characters in the party the longer the buffs last.
At least, I think that's how it works.

nighsoul burst(NB). can only trigger with at least 1 natlan. max 3 natlan. each will affect cd 18/12/9s
kinich need 2 NB within 15s to maximize his talent which for me seem impossible to trigger cuz every 2-3s will be consume by his cannon

that kinich is c6 because the cannonball moves around after it's shot. it's okay dammage without many supports. my c0 kinich can 100 with only bennett

that kinich is VERY WELL build! i wonder how much he would do with a buff furina 😂 he did over 200k with only bennett. i did 370k with furina, bennett and nahida buff 😅
