Notes from the Game:
+ MAX FRIED WAS SENSATIONAL! 7 NO-HIT INNINGS, Allowing Just 3 Walks while Striking Out 5 and Earning the WIN! Fried Improves to 3-1 with an ERA of 3.57! Just needed to sort out some Kinks in April, but he's been EXCELLENT SINCE!
+ Bullpen did EVERYTHING they could to get the Combined No-Hitter, but it took a DESPARATE SWING from J.D. Martinez to Shatter It. Jimenez Allowed Two Walks in the 8th, But Struck Out 2 to escape, while Iglesias Allowed 1 Run on 2 Hits, Walking 1 and Striking Out 1. Still, It was enough to earn the Win!
ROTATION TOTAL: 9 Innings, 1 Run, 2 Hits, 6 Walks, 8 Strike Outs, 1 Home Run Allowed.

Christian Scott, Meet YOUR ATLANTA BRAVES. They will OWN you on the Mound and you will see them in your NIGHTMARES!
+ Orlando Arcia JUMP-STARTED the Offense with 2-Run SUPER MISSILE DOWN THE LEFT FIELD LINE in the 3rd! That would be his only hit, as he finished 1-3, Adding a Walk Later On! Arcia Stands in with a .263 Average, .725 OPS, and 4 Home Runs on the Season!
+ WHAT A DAY FOR MONEY MIKE! He SHATTERS a 0-29 by going 3-3 with Three Singles, a WHACKED-BY-PITCH, and an RBI! Harris Steps up to a .264 Average with an OPS of .685!
+ Not the Best Day from the Current MVP, but he DID earn a CRITICAL RBI in the 9th via a Walk, Finishing 0-4. Acuna Holds Firm with a .252 Average and .716 OPS.
- OTHER NOTABLES: Marcell Ozuna had a 2-4 Day, while Travis d'Arnaud Earned 1 Hit. Acuna, Riley, d'Arnaud, and Arcia also drew One Walk. Albies, Olson, and Kelenic had 0'fer Days, with Albies Going 0-5 but making contact, Kelenic going 0-4 and Striking Out Once, and Olson.... Going 0-4 with 4 Strike Outs... Honestly, this is just getting STUPID for Olson.

+ While our Shot at a NO-Hitter was DENIED by Pure BS from J.D., The Braves Finished the Job and GOT THE WIN. Fried was FANTASTIC, The Bullpen Did what needed to be Done, The Offense got to Christian Scott, and the Defense was SOLID. The Win is WHAT MATTERS, and the Braves Got it Today. LET'S SWEEP THE METS AMBITIONS AWAY TOMORROW!
- ANNOYINGLY STILL, The Phillies Refuse to Lose, Keeping us at 2 Games Behind them. However, with the Rest of the NL East LOSING Today, this Puts the Braves at 6 Games Ahead of Washington, 7 of York, and 16 1/2 of Miami.

TOMORROW:
THE FINAL ROUND of this 3-Game Divisional SHOWDOWN Between the Braves and Mets will take place under the Lights of Citi Field. Luis Severino will take the Ball for the Mets, who is coming off a Bumpy Start against the Rays, Allowing 4 Runs on 4 Hits, Walking 6 and Striking Out 6 in 5 Innings of Work.

i am a braves fan so let’s start off with good job and these bats r finally heating up. but the baserunners need to start hustling to the damn bag. im tired of them being out on plays that they could’ve been safe on if they ran it out. happens too damn much. acuna 6th inning had an error and he wasn’t running. would’ve been safe for days
