Drop Kick Training with 7 Year Old Goalkeeper Using Flick Football's Urban Ball Returner

Oliver is a 7 year old who started playing as his under 7 football team's goalkeeper a couple of months ago. He loves it and he's learning a lot really quickly.

One area of his game that we're working to improve at the moment in particular is distribution. We looked at a few training aids to help with goal kicks and drop kicks in particular and one was the Flick Football Urban Ball Returner.

Essentially, it's a bag that fill you with sand and attached to it is a size 5 football on an adjustable bungee cord. The idea here is that in our kick training sessions we'll spend less time chasing the ball and more time kicking it.
