I turn my whole body into a high drop kick as if im karate kicking it for faster back spin on it and height, Distance i face dead on and strike the sweet spot with toes facing down, works every time

Whenever the ball bounces when I go to kick it I mess up the kick so I don’t bother letting it bounce and just sorta drop it and boot it
