'1812 Overture', composed by 'Pyutr Ilyich Tchaikovsky' and words by 'Igor Buketoff', with its cannons, bells and even the occasional choir, Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture has been subject to all manner of explosive treatments. This overture is best known for its climactic volley of cannon fire, ringing chimes, and a brass fanfare finale and even a chorus (as in this arrangement).
