wish every prof and instructor I had through out my life explained stuff like he did, knowing by flesh and heart what they were talking about

Hello Sergey, thank you for publishing this course. I want to find out more about superconductivity, and I was wondering: do you maybe have the slides uploaded somewhere, as well?

@50:26 what does he mean by a gap? As I can see there is a non zero value for DOS at every energy for the super conductor state

A doubt : For andreev reflection, is the whole coming from the superconductor into the normal metal? I'm guessing the hole is generated by an electron moving in the opposite direction in the superconductor. So when i shoot the electron from the metal with momentum p, is it the hole in the superconductor with momentum -p that reacts and moves into the metal, shooting an electron with momentum p further into the superconductor? Is this hole generated at the surface fo the superconductor? How do you know that u will have an electron with momentum p on the Superconductor's surface? also, is my understanding correct?
