54:32 I remember when I learnt this, it was called "work of entry", it is much better to say like you say, you remove high energy atoms/molecules then temperature decreases. Funny sometimes how textbooks fail to explain things.

I know the CERN has issues with Helium, they cant build bigger loops with helium, maybe this is the tech that they are developing to fix this problem.
