My suggestion is to try to play slower in the oppenning and acknoledge more the opponents threats. Because for example in the first game you saw that after f6 you saw that you could play Qh5, but you didn't think about the same pattern when you played f3.

Try to play double fianchetto, it's really underrated debut which allows you to stay solid and waiting opponents mistakes.
