Seeing as though it's raw ground chickpeas iv always wanted to know how much lectins you are eating from it. Iv used it for pancakes before and Im concerned about the lectins because you only cook it in a pan for a couple minutes but to destroy the lectins the beans have to be soaked and then cooked for about an hour but that doesn't happen. Maybe the lectins are cooked off quicker because they are ground up and heat gets to the lectins easier than a whole bean. What's your opinion?
