With decades of leadership experience, I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals and become the best versions of themselves.

My passion for leadership has evolved from a 24-year career in the military. Starting at the lowest level, I worked my way up, ultimately overseeing a 300-person battalion and becoming a senior warrant officer. With 20 years of experience as a Green Beret, I gained global experience while working with 7th Special Forces Group. Across my tenure, I completed 12 deployments worldwide, including in Colombia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Guyana, Brazil, Djibouti.

Throughout my career, I’ve built a unique portfolio blending leadership, military training, high business acumen, and hands-on experience. Today, I continuously draw upon these strengths to enable success for individuals and businesses alike.
As the Founder of Imperio Consulting, I lead a team drawing upon expertise from Special Operations and combat to provide CEOs, business leaders, and decision-makers across corporations and industries worldwide a different perspective and approach to problem solving.

At Imperio, we leverage the Green Beret approach to solve complex business problems and challenges. Our mission is to provide CEOs and executive leaders with an unfiltered lens to build trust, overcome adversity, and achieve the extraordinary through a customized approach to team building and best-in-class training programs.
