As a mom my parenting style includes making my kids try things at least once. I don’t want fear to hinder them in life and I often lead by example.
As a chef I love testing new food, ingredients and cooking techniques and there’s no better way to do it than by getting your family involved. So combining my parenting style and my love of cooking makes my kids my Guinea pigs.
In this vertical video we try a salted duck egg for the first time to see what it tastes like.
