The battle for the South-Indian state of Karnataka has begun and voting is underway. There are a total of 224 seats in the Karnataka assembly. The winning side needs to secure at least 113, and over 5 crore people are expected to vote. The state is witnessing a three-way battle, between the ruling BJP, the opposition Congress and the JDS. The BJP wants to make history by retaining the southern state, whereas congress is banking on the anti-incumbency wave.

Religious dramas should end in politics and people should think about it twice before supporting an event. Politicians will score through riots and public either it be Hindu or muslim or Christian .. all will suffer.. Community strenth will shift from time to time and from poor to rich and rich to poor.. one religion to other religion. The community which works hard for its community development will raise ans rest will go in peace.

Election comission could have done better to increase the voting percentage., And on another note there should be a strict law made to make the voting compulsory
