Karnataka exit poll: Smiles for Congress as pollsters predict return of grand old party in state

Karnataka may see a change of guard on May 13 as most exit polls have predicted that the Congress would emerge as the single largest party, while some say that the Congress may also get a majority. The Times Now- ETG exit poll results gave a clear majority to Congress with 113 seats.The Congress and BJP left nothing to chance during campaigning to get the people’s blessings. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s campaigns and road shows may have improved BJP's performance, but as per exit polls predictions, this may not have turned the tide in BJP's favour. Congress leaders are sure to have smiles on their faces at least for the next couple of days.
