That’s because the more heat the star that the planet is orbiting has, the more blue it appears. But the less heat it has, it appears red. That’s why on earth it’s red but on mars.

The atmosphere on Mars is made mostly of carbon dioxide, with a very small percentage of nitrogen and only very tiny amounts of oxygen. Dust particles are also an crucial factor of Mars’ atmosphere. These particles are why sunsets appear blue on Mars's surface.
