I am not really good at analysis but kindly put hoshina above mina and kafka above narumi, in manga hoshina achieved 100% of his suit and has a weapon of number 10 and in recent 3-4 chapters kafka can really be considered stronger than gen narumi and I believe kaiju no 8 is still not at its full potential there has to be a final powerup of which we are not aware of

Bruh this tier list was beyond trash!!!

1.kaiju 9 : strength just below no8 but intelligence was way higher than everyone else

2.kaiju 8: strength was all above plus training

3.narumi : versatile in power and intellect + hack on the eye

4. ren: can fight multiple daikaiju + everyone keep hype out no 6 in power

5. Hoshino: combat skill, intellect, + kaiju no 10

6. Mina: good at fighting big kaiju but hopeless in 1v1 again daikaiju humonoid form and need back up to distract the opponent.

I hope you mean Narumi with his Weapon. The picture that you have of him is of him in the basic suit, and his caption says nothing of his Weapon. If you're saying base Narumi is stronger than Kafka, that's wild.
