Either way, have fun with it and do your best. The warm up and cardio portion of this workout comprise the first 45 minutes. The last 5 minutes are spent doing standing stretches, focusing on calves, hip flexors, quads, glutes, and core. Thank you again! I appreciate that you instruct from behind. As someone who has danced all my life I am used to either following from behind or mirroring when you are facing your class, and with step that can really be confusing! This was great!

That was my fav step video ever. I'm a certified personal trainer with an ex phys degree and I only like to help and motivate others. When it comes to my own exercise it's hard for me to do it. This worked and I really enjoyed it. It was hard but not too hard. I'm sweating. Definitely sharing this! Great job
