they should have made the handle stem longer so it's further away from the machine
your bread looks great. i make 100 loaves a week and yours looks fab

I have an electric slicer which is broken. It takes no effort to slice sourdough with wheat, rye and spelt (home ground).
How easy is it to turn the crank?

Is it possible (or east) to clean the blade? This machine looks nice but I slice a lot of breads that leave residue on the blade and I’m worried about cleanup!

How those suction cups holding up?! I can’t get mine to work on anything, it holds it down but it slides. Its SOOO frustrating
