8:36 - With Fresnel number N = 5 you should get 'only' *20dB* attenuation, because 10 * log_10(20 * 5) = 20.
If 25dB attenuation is required, Fresnel number N should be 16. This would give R = 141 [m] and barrier hight H would need to be 23.5 [m], which is ~ twice as high than with 20dB attenuation.
