It often happens that this is not enough, when the business has only a rough idea of how much time the process realy consumes. So it is necessary to check the time required of the one process by a person in secconds (minutes) vs. how many processes is the average per week (month, year ..) and multiply it before comparison by the working fund, ie. per week as you show in video. Then add an estimated human reserve which is usually very roughly around 25% (covering sick days, trainings, vacations, smoking or coffee breaks..;) ). That should be the basis. Then there are influences such as whether it is semi automation or full automation, or whether some manual control mechanism (for high secure or risky processes) are included.

Can solve this? How many full-time employees (FTEs) do you have if you have two employees who work 2, 080 hours per year, and 4 employees who work 1, 040 hours per year?

FTE benefit calculated in first example shows each 6 individual is working more than 1 day? So they are over utilised . In this way number of head count can be increased to reach FTE=1

Similarly in second example more head count got allocated so they can reduce or add more task to them to make FTE =1

Is my understanding correct ?
