smart move. All of her records will be 4 -season records. no one will be able to say 5th season aided her dominance of the record books

Seems like an easy explanation: "I graduated, fools"

I have a feeling Pistol Pete would be the first one to congratulate Caitlin on ALL of her accomplishments.

Caitlin is the woman's version of Larry Bird. She will bring new viewers and up the WNBA competition, big time!

She will literally be the Steph Curry of the WNBA. Pulling up and hitting 3s like that is crazy.

timing is everything. CC likes to earn a ring, close to home and it doesn't have to be with big market teams. If she go for another year Indiana won't get the first pick, it will be a random 3 teams. CC wants to be in control of her destiny a mark of a natural selfmade leader.

Why do they compare men and women's stats? Like the competition is different

I wish people would stop being so butthurt any time a man's name is mentioned within a second of Clark's. To all the "CC wouldn't make it in the NBA" and "why compare her to men (while comparing her to men)" folks, she's not asking to play in your big boys league. Let it go. Let her play. It's okay to admit she's great without a "but". No one will take away your NBA fan badge or anything.

The most skilled player in college basketball right now... men or women. And really fun to watch.

Can’t wait to see her play with Aliyah Boston!

Pete played 83 games with no 3 pointers, compared to her 130 games played with the 3-pointer. It's crazy how people don't even mention

Why is there an explanation necessary for this? The best college female basketball player of all time is supposed to just retire after college or do day trading for offshore accounts. You excel in college, you go pro. It's same for all players in all pro sports. No explanation. Amazing at basketball.

She was -500 to enter the WNBA Draft yesterday morning. I had no clue when I was looking at those odds that she would declare that same day. Anybody who thought she was coming back to Iowa for "NIL money" was out of his mind. Can't you see that she wants to make herself the LeBron of the WNBA and make hundreds of millions of dollars? She also wanted to go to the Fever due to Indiana's proximity and because she's trying to build a superteam with Aliyah Boston. She knows exactly what she's doing, and she's out of control.

A competitor thrives on the competition and challenges, she will rock it

It's difficult to believe a true winner would intentionally play in a league that is so unpopular that 27 years after launch its never been profitable. If the WNBA does not become profitable with Caitlin in the league, my prediction the realization it is a l lost cause will pervade those few minds that are continuing to ignore that reality and be shutdown. Look at it this way if you were the top ranked graduate in a highly competitive field would you choose to go work for a failing company? No, very few people would and if they did they'd only do it for extremely high financial reward if they turn the company around and there would be a time limit before that turnaround must take place. It's time, either the WNBA stands on its own or it doesn't.
