Can Caitlin Beat Steph In A 3pt Contest?

It's a great pity that the women in WNBA are too jealous of Caitlin to acknowledge her greatness. But great to see the men backing her. The women should be ashamed of themselves.

Not only did I not watch women’s basketball two months ago, I didn’t watch any sports, until a random video of CC playing caught my eye. I was riveted, and tuned into the last couple final four games. Now I’m learning about basketball rules, and about more great players in the WNBA league. Clark represents the “rising tide that lifts all boats” and it’s fun to see.

Gotta respect Caitlin Clark. She turned down offers from traditional college basketball powerhouses to play for underdog Iowa whose team was filled with homegrown talent. This parallels Larry Bird's college career. Both took their underdog teams to the Finals but ultimately fell short. She did it her way and achieved greatness along the way.

That's right. People who are truly great at what they do have respect for others who have the same dedication, talent and work ethic. It's only the lazy ones who try to tear down greatness. Every time someone trolls Caitlin, they only showcase their own shortcomings.

Correct, correct, and correct. C.C. bought this mature man from the Caribbean, who has never watched a WNBA game, into a mindset of following her games, and win or lose, I am not disappointed with her.

It is crazy cool that these NBA legends are quick to recognize CC's talent. I love that. Talent speaks for itself, no matter who you are. And it demands to be praised. Love these guys for supporting that.

Caitlin Clark is the Larry Bird of women's basketball.

Caitlin has that one rare gift that Larry Bird most is court savvy

Keeping Caitlin out of the Olympics is one of the most selfish and despicable acts I have seen. And, to top it off, it has to be a multi-million dollar mistake for women's basketball. As a black man, I think this is about as discriminating as it gets using such a feeble excuse as given. No wonder we have so many issues in our country.

Loved her at Iowa -- she OWNED that court when she was out there.

What I love about CC is that her shots, from the parking lot even, are all net! Geez screaming Louise! The talent that is apparent to shoot, sometimes from the logo, and swish through the hoop without touching the rim or backboard is just too much! The girl is phenomenal! Yet humble. What a personality! What a talent!

Larry Bird ALWAYS spoke well about those great players around him, AND those that came after.

Love that these NBA greats are in her corner. Sure it's going to take time in the WNBA but she is 22 and has nothing but time. Go CC! Go Fever! #cc22 #indianafever #ncaascoringleader #mayrookie

Appreciation to CC; tremendous effort; and most years of her young life she applied herself, practiced, worked at her game, quite a remarkable athlete; good luck and good health to her in her WNBA career!!!
