This video has at least one fact wrong. Solar infrared is not just reflected from the surface. During the day, solar long-wave radiation passes through the atmosphere and greenhouse gases and heats the surface. At night the warmed surface radiates infrared. That radiation is trapped by greenhouse gases. Look up "Stefan–Boltzmann" and "black body radiation."
