Pro ASHIATSU Techniques ~ Deep Tissue Massage

Here's some professional Ashiatsu massage techniques done by a very experienced therapist! I got the honor of working and filming with Mariah from The Space in Spokane, Washington. She gave us some really great examples of deep tissue massage and how effective Ashiatsu can be.

Ashiatsu isn't not-shiatsu but rather massage done with the feet. Ashi means foot (足), atsu means pressure(圧) in Japanese. Also it's pronouced Ah-shi atsu, not ei-shi atsu. But great video!
