My occupation is insurance agent for general life and health insurance. I am writing articles and for sure i am gonna write an article based on your words to my website viewers. Thank you very much for spending time to talk about this issue which helps all people understand the way to act in a claim process.

Super helpful. I am starting this process and it’s already so stressful on top of the pain that I’m dealing with. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to be compensated when your life is altered so drastically due to a careless driver.

My attorney seems very "lacks" since my accident did not end up in "permanent" injury. I guess I have a few things to explain and teach to the law firm I am using.

I have a fire loss and the insurance company hired an company to do Xactimate. Insurance adjuster refused to correct the Xactimate scope of work and the adjuser required us to submit proof of loss in order to claim. Any advice please

We hired a Plumber to fix a boiler, and he saw the extended water damage, and now is super eager to "help us" file a claim, saying he'll give us free help and pay things out of his pocket. I just want to know if a third person party that's not part of the insurance, can they gain financial profit off our claim?

the police hit my car. pain and suffering lost wages, PTSD, etc. My lawyer's 1st demand was a coverage max of 150, 000. they countered with 55, 000. Should we file suit as a poker bluff to get to the max but not really go to court, or just counter with 125k? My lawyer wants to counter with 125k, but I don't trust him. I need an un-bias council's opinion. Court expenses will eat into my settlement so I don't really want to go, I just want to bluff them into a higher payout more towards 150, 000. Any thoughts?

I work at a pizza place, a coworker backed into me while I was pulling up to the job. I have it in dashcam and she reversed into me while I was pulling in to park. If they want to total my car that's nonsense. It's a 95 civic with a rebuilt mechanical rapsheet, engine to the exhaust so many new parts. The car is at 70k original miles. I deliver for a pizzachain. It's my work vehicle. At the rate I am paid, 100k miles at my job will earn me 30, 000$ in cash reimbursement. That amount of mileage can be equated in just a year or twos time for a delivery driver of my caliber. I will not accept 2k for a car that's 6 years away from classic collector and fully maintained to reach another 100k-300k miles as honda civics of the model are known for!!! Its a wacky world man designed to keep poor, poor.
