I'd love to get all my tithing back. My retirement would be a lot less stressful. However, the church leaders will fight tooth and nail to keep the money they live on, they can't lose their limitless ATM.

I was a stay at home mom with an unmotivated husband for the majority of the 20 years that I was a full tithe payer, therefore our tithing and donations were on the smaller side. I would feel much more regret had I written bigger checks.

This is an understandable one but I have an issue with the church requiring tithing, not being transparent on their funds and making tithing a "law".

Why is it when I read about the great and spacious building the first thing that comes to mind is the church office building?

Yet they are suing a small city in Texas over a steeple. Absolutely hypocrisy.

Even I would know it’s time to get a new lawyer after hearing an argument like that. It’s like saying my spouse can only file for divorce if she still loves me.

Many good members have faith in the Restoration, but have lost trust in the institution…

Since joining the church 1982. As a Returned missionary, volunteering at temple, food distribution center etc…… I’d like my tithing back. My kids, as single mother was always looked down on but boy the tithing had to be perfect. I’d like it back. Thanks

The biggest copycat is thinking their counterfeit church is Christian

What nutty attorney thought it was a good idea to claim that only active members should be allowed to sue the church for tithing fraud??😂😂

If the case is brought in Utah, all decisions from the bench will be in the church's favor.

That really feels underhanded to me. They are trying to claim that people who would sue the church could not be believing members. In other words, they are trying to attack these people's worthiness. So disgusting!

So if a judge hearing a class action case case meets the qualifications for being a member of the class, then they would have to recuse, correct? ... so no tithe paying Judge can hear this case? 🙃

Yeah I agree with those cloned LLC's... dirty business

Typical, blame the plaintiffs for not having enough faith when the priesthood blessing doesn’t work. Wait.

One of the signs of the Lord's one true church is willingness to return tithes upon request. A gift not given willingly is not a good gift.

Fraud. We all deserve our money back, and we all deserve payment for pain and suffering.
They purposely destroyed me emotionally and mentally for control and power. It took me a decade to even start to like myself.
