Grate frozen butter in with a cheese grater it makes the whole process even easier

:) So this is what you were talking about!  I also missed adding in my brown sugar to my gingerbread skeleton recipe until the end, and it ended up being just as delicious!  Mother loves scones so I think she would love these.  They look gorgeous.
