• Cinnamon 3 Tablespoon
• Ginger 2 Tablespoon
• Nutmeg 1 Tablespoon
• AllSpice 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
• Cloves 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
* All grounded

A 1/3 batch:
• Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
• Ginger 2 teaspoons
• Nutmeg 1.5 teaspoons
• AllSpice 1/2 teaspoon
• Cloves 1/2 teaspoon
