Here's a tip for crushing tabs like that asprin : put the tablet in the spoon and the lay another spoon the same size over the top and push down on the tablet and squash it gradually. All the crushed tablet stays in the hollow of the first spoon. All you have to do is tip it into the cup and any stuck parts can be scraped into cup with the other spoon.

Adapted 10y old female Aussie, scratching like crazy. Immediately put her on a raw meat diet - the scratching went away overnight! Read Julliet Levi's diet, not more expensive than kibbles (raw beef meat in the late afternoon, 5x week), raw liver every few weeks; she is 16 now, very active and happy.

Thank you. I have been using your other skin spray and it's been a couple months and itchiness is much better and smell "frito foot for my GSD". No fleas or ticks with turmeric, fractiomated coconut oil, witch hazel with aloe and water spray, WORKS I will add the bee propolis. You're a blessing. Licorice root to.🎉❤

Organic coconut oil is brilliant for skin, my little dog struggles every summer with mite bites, they drive him mad scratching at them till they're sore, but the oil stops it straight away, and it, s not expensive.

We love you and all your great treatments. I find Castor Oil is great for hot spots. It's healed my dogs hot spots within 3-5 days

Once again, Dr. Jones & Tula to the rescue! I use black tea a lot now for my pups & my cats since finding it in your recommendations. You are wonderful. Tula looks so cosy & all dressed up for filming with her bright bandana 😀. I hope you pay her a fee for modelling & demonstrating? My pets, present & future, send you both slobbers & kisses. Many thanx,

My little Papillon mix was scratching so badly she was causing paw-fulls of hair to fall out. I did the black tea/aspirin application and it must have felt so good to her. She just laid there belly side up on my thighs and closed her eyes until I was done. Her hair is growing back now and she is feeling much better!! She was miserable and it affected her chest and armpits the most. I shaved some of her hair just in case it was harboring critters. Every three days I also washed her with head and shoulders because that is what I had. I left it on for 10 minutes before rinsing it off. In case it had something to do with the dry dog food, I stopped feeding it until she stopped scratching and hair starting growing back only feeding the human food. I had been feeding her 50/50. I just started introducing the dry dog food again so I hope she's okay with it.

👋🤠Dr. Jones, please let us know if this is safe to use for cats (I'm guessing yes, since you had a cat pictured 🤞😺🤞).

All you need to cure "sweet itch"/ hot spots; is salt water 50/50 with coconut oil! ❤poof gone within a few days, less than a week! Rub it in vigorously and lovingly to saturation on the affected area- And then put a old t shirt or two on them for those few days and then, TA-DAH❤
Coconut oil also kills ring worm!❤

I usually do not comment on videos but it would not be serving the greater good if I didn't share my experience. I have tried many of Dr.Jones home remedies for itching. I adopted a french bulldog almost 2 years ago and she came with bad allergies to the arm pit and groin areas; we think it's environmental allergies as we changed her to a raw diet but the allergies persisted. She was on Apoquel, but after 2 blood draws showed elevated liver enzymes and much research, I decided this was the end of using that medication. We did the black tea, turmeric and aspirin concoction and it WORKED!!!! Unbelievable! ...now yes you have to be consistent and I tried many of Dr.Jones other remedies, but it's about finding out the one that works best for your pet. This takes patience and willingness to give it all you got for the health of your pet. Nonetheless, organic, natural remedies work! We know that is not going to make her allergies disappear but just like I was willing to give her a daily pill, I have made the commitment to do a little extra to for the better of her health ❤

I have a frenchie with really bad allergies during spring/summer she had severe hot spots on her armpits and belly and losing so much hair I was going to take her back to the vet, but then I decided I should try to see if I could find a home remedy and discovered this video. I made the recipe and already within one day her itching has stopped and her skin is starting to dry. Great recipe thank you so much for sharing!

My dog used to licking and have the itching scratchy. I stopped feeding him commercial dog food. And made homemade dog food. He stopped licking and didn't have the itching scratchy anymore. And much calmer.
