Great video but there are a few ways to make it even better. Spell Binder is permanent meaning you can change your build and the spell stays, therefore equip the Wukong helm (+30 mana) and 3 x +30 mana curios plus mana summon to max mana stats, then activate Spell Binder and swap out the gear. Recommend See No Evil helm (dodge bonus), Galeguard Beastmaw Armour and Greaves (dodge bonus), 3 attack curios, Civet Sergieant (attack bonus), and Weaver's Needle (passive gives extra crit and movement). This boosts damage by 71% vs what you have which is closer to 50% by my estimates.

I uploaded a video of me taking out the boss with this build if you want to see it in action. Like you, I'm just a regular dude, not a skilled gamer, but man did it do the job.

Thank God. This build did work for me after about 10 attempts. Did a bit of tweaking. Also wasn't taking full advantage of the focus at first. Fan was helpful initially. Didn't get a secont monkey spawning in - must have circumvented that somehow.
Having a full gourd ( 10 sips) with 50% recovery helps a LOT!

No boss took me more than two tries. I tried to beat great sage a good.. eight times not even getting close. Just beat him first try with ease using this build. Thanks a lot.

Some people only know how to cheese and don’t use what they got in front of them to win. If you’re going to use spell binder you can take away all mana buffs. Go to the dog and return all mind cores for mana because you no longer need them. You can cash them in for more defense, health, offense or resistance. Me myself I beat both of these bosses within the same day. I only used cloud step and the fan. It’s was pretty easy. I had bull king helmet and breast plate
