This makes for an interesting experiment to see how fast a CPU can be overclocked. However for practical overclocking on a running PC water cooling is the best that can be used.

you can do it faster than that, just boot windows on ram or boot a linux on ram and run cinebench everything is faster that way ;) you also have to debloat windows to the bare minimum.
