Why would you have a New FB lead OR and Appointment set up to run through the same automation? Makes no sense.

This is super confusing but I think it's on the path I'm trying to take. There are too many workflow triggers it seems. Wouldn't this fire off every single time one of those conditions is met? I have a sequence that sends some messaging but after a point it waits a week. All I really need to do after the week is look to see if they've changed pipeline stages to one of the closed stages from the open stage, but there's no option to add the pipeline stage check unless I add it as a trigger. It's an initial form submission for the workflow trigger, so why would I need to also have the pipeline stage move fire off the automation as well after they've already been closed, and now they get booking links again. They need a crap ton more conditions to be able to check. Tags are fine but they're a mess and add up too quickly, adding those and checking for them, they can easily end up with 10 tags and that's ugly and you can't even see them all anymore.

I was able to to follow along but I see why others think this is confusing. You're teaching too many concepts at the same time. Keep it simple, break something like this into multiple videos, and don't get sidetracked.

Is this possible to integrate the Calendly calendar into the GHL? I have embedded the calendly calendar booking page on the GHL Funnel. It's the final step in my funnel so I'm having trouble choosing the calendar (it doesn't show in the automation) when I go to build the appointment confirmation & reminder automation. I need to set the automation to the calendly booking page because it's where the customers book the appointments.

Is it possible to setup automation for who doesn’t submit the form? He submits the first form but doesn’t submit the second form in our funnel.
I have 5 step funnel, who enters the landing page he submits the survey form first & it will take him to the contact form page, then appointment booking page (calendar embedded).
Let’s assume he submits the Survey form but in the contact page he doesn’t fill the details & submit the form. So I need to follow up on him to make him take the next step.. so is this possible to create a email automation to make him take the next steps & to book an appointment?
