Russia is currently suffering from a shortage of workers that has created a wage spiral which is fuelling rising inflation and the fall in population and Russia's low retirement age are exacerbating this situation.

Talking about pensions in Russia - considering the the average pension is ~150 EUR/month, there won't be considerable difficulties paying the pensions. There will be considerable difficulties being able to survive on such a pension!

Russia, from an expert I heard in a conference, does not even know the size of its population, Could be as low as 90M, or probably 115-120M people before the Ukraine colonization war begun.

I think a Special Demographic Operation is unachievable so long as people are depressed by the deaths and absence of nearly a million men in the Special Military Operation and a million more in exile. They are mutually incompatible.
