I love simple and easy things with readily available ingredients.

These rolls, which are called milk bread, are extremely soft and pleasant. And with this great recipe, it produces super soft bread.
These are a lovely addition to your breadbasket, and make great sandwiches, as well.

Make sesame rolls :
250 grams flour
3 gram yeast
25 grams sugar
3 grams salt
120 ml cold milk
1 medium egg
35 grams softened unsalted butter
Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 25- 30 minutes.
