if you're nauseous, don't skip the food! also how is your sleep quality and duration? that was the problem for me for years. other tricks are; no tight elastics while sleeping and if you sleep in a fetus position, lower your legs a little. it can cramp your organs a little too much haha

I have cooked a truck load of granola in the last two years and the crispest crunchiest results for me have been when I leave it to cool completely in the oven. I just turn off the oven and come back six hours later. Works every time ✅

Hi Annika! About the critiques and all of that, there is a quote I live by as a creative. It went something like "don’t take criticism from people you wouldn’t ask advice from" which I think it makes a lot of sense. As you said, everybody is going to have different opinions, so you cannot take every single person's desires to fruition. Your identity as a creator is the most important thing, paired with the inputs of the people you trust their judgment. 💕

One of my family’s favorite meals right now is the garlic butter shrimp scampi from Costco.
I cook it, add sundried tomatoes and spinach in with it. Serve it over rice or noodles and roast some broccoli as a side. No left overs ever. It’s so good. It’s also super fast to make, which is a bonus.

Just a motherly tip since can produce rust if contaminates the coconut and tomato sauce please put it in a clean container 😅😊

Annika dear please don’t ever store canned products in the fridge right after opening it. Transfer it on some airtight container. It might have contaminated with rust and might poison you 😢.
