Follow these steps to remotely analyze print production with HP Print Beat:
-From the HP Print Beat home view, hover your mouse over the menu bar, and then click Dashboard.
-The five charts displayed represent the five main KPIs, or Key Performance Indicators, of print productivity.
-On the top part of the screen, you can view the total production of your printers and the previous week’s daily availability.
-In the middle of the screen, you can check the total distribution status.
-On the bottom of the screen, you can find the ranking of your total substrate and daily ink consumption.
-Hover over each card to immediately gain further details and performance benchmarks on each area of interest.
-All of this information is available to view in aggregate form or for any printer you select.
-Each area has detailed historical data available for you to view.
-To enter an individual chart, click on the chart title or hover over the HP Print Beat menu, and then click Historical Reports.
-In this view, you can view the historical reports for each printer with fully customizable time frames and resolutions.
-You can also customize the data by selecting or deselecting data entries, and then hovering your mouse over any point for additional information.
-Lastly, you can customize your chosen time frame and adapt the data resolution to what you would like to see.
-You can easily export the selected data to share and analyze offline, as well as print the viewed chart.
-By choosing the arrow at the top of the screen, you can quickly navigate to any other available charts.
-Some charts have the option to display data in multiple graph types.
