The sad part is people don't understand that high fructose corn syrup is chemically identical to sugar. It's sugar. It's the exact same 5 ingredients. The only difference is it comes from corn where, in Canada, they don't have to specify if the sugar comes from corn or not. That's why it says sugar on the label. That sugar could come from corn, and it would be called high fructose corn syrup, or it could come from beats or sugar cane or wherever else it comes from. Although since it comes from the exact same place as the American Heinz, it's guaranteed to be from corn. So, you just made a video complaining about literally nothing except the regulation on labeling in Canada verses the US. Congrats
